D'ailleurs beaucoup de boxeurs/pratiquants de sport de combat se posent les mêmes questions que toi.
La musculation ralentirait le combattant et ne participerait pas à la force de frappe, les coups de poing étant des fouets plus que des poussées.

Un boxeur a écrit un article entier expliquant pourquoi la musculation est mauvaise pour la boxe et que les combattants devraient éviter d'en faire.
